1. Organisation

ESVCE VZW/ASBL is a non-profit organisation registered under Belgian law, with its registered office at Prinsestraat 16, B-8510 Marke, Kortrijk, Belgium.

2. Membership

Membership is available to veterinarians (Full Members), non-veterinary professionals (Affiliate Members), and undergraduate students (Student Members). Annual fees are due by March 1st and cover the calendar year (January 1 – December 31). Memberships are non-refundable once the calendar year has begun. Membership will be cancelled if monetary obligations are not fulfilled. Members must accept the ESVCE Code of Ethics (adopted at AGM September 2017).

3. Webinar Content

Webinar recordings are for personal educational use only. Redistribution, recording, or sharing of webinar content is strictly prohibited. Access to member-only content requires an active membership.

4. Events & Congresses

Event registrations may be cancelled up to 14 days before the event for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may incur a fee. The ESVCE reserves the right to modify event programmes, dates, or venues when necessary.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including position statements, webinar recordings, and educational materials, is the intellectual property of the ESVCE or its contributors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Information provided on this website and in educational materials is for informational purposes only and does not constitute veterinary advice. The ESVCE is not liable for any decisions made based on this information.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Kortrijk, Belgium.
